For the sake of transparency and in accordance with the ONC’s 2015 Final Rule on Federal HIT Standards, Meta has included information on pricing and limitations below.

Pricing

Pricing for implementation services is determined either by a fixed fee, or on a time-and-materials basis, depending on the size and scope of the installation. Other variables that may influence cost include external interfaces, additional hardware/technology deployments, system customizations, and/or other rendered services.

Pricing typically includes extensive on-site system training and 24/7 post-go-live support. Pricing may also incorporate fees for workflow analysis service, which clients may elect to incorporate within their implementation plan. These services allow Meta analysts to understand client workflow, and recommend optimal settings for system configuration.

Meta’s solution includes many intelligent “out-of-the-box” features for both clinical and business practices. Still, clients may choose to work with Meta’s development team to innovate new and exciting functionality to meet their needs. Meta offers competitive pricing on all implementations, including those that require system customization.

Limitations

Meta’s solution runs on both virtualized and terminal servers, and is completely scalable. The system operates over a unified SQL platform, allowing MetaCare products to seamlessly exchange data, both internally and externally via HL7.

Meta is fully compliant with the latest ICD coding standards, and complies with both state and federal mandates.

Meta’s system utilizes a drug database which is licensed from First DataBank. These prices are recurring, and are determined exclusively by First Databank.

**As per the ONC’s “Transparency Attestation” requirement, Meta attests to disclose Pricing and Limitations information to any interested party upon request.
